Customs, Duties & International RequirementsFor families in Botswana, Madagascar, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Mozambique, Zambia, Angola, Tanzania, kenya:
We take care of the export paperwork, health clearances, and travel bookings
Any import taxes, duties, or local quarantine fees are the responsibility of the buyer
We assist with guidance to streamline the process on your end

Lost, Delayed, or Special Handling SituationsAlthough rare, unexpected delays (weather, flight rescheduling, customs) can happen. If they do:
We stay in constant contact with airlines and couriers
We provide real-time updates and alternative arrangements as needed
In the unlikely event of a lost or misrouted delivery, we will work with you personally to resolve it, including refunds or puppy replacements if necessary
